Recently, the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province issued the Notice on Announcing the List of Newly Recognized RD Institutions of Provincial Enterprises in 2021. REBON was successfully recognized as a "provincial high-tech enterprise research and development center" by virtue of its excellent independent RD and innovation ability, remarkable scientific and technological achievements and perfect RD management system.

Pusat RD perusahaan-berteknologi tinggi wilayah ialah unit perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat pembinaan pusat RD perusahaan-teknologi tinggi wilayah yang dipilih oleh Jabatan Sains dan Teknologi Zhejiang atas dasar pengesyoran sains perbandaran dan biro teknologi, kelulusan mesyuarat pejabat dan publisiti keputusan, untuk terus melaksanakan-strategi pembangunan dipacu inovasi, mempercepatkan lagi transformasi pencapaian saintifik dan teknologi serta pembangunan tinggi{{3 }}industri teknologi, dan membina serta menambah baik sistem pusat inovasi teknologi Zhejiang. Akreditasi mempunyai keperluan yang tinggi untuk pasukan penyelidikan saintifik, keadaan penyelidikan saintifik dan sistem harta intelek perusahaan.

This recognition is an affirmation and recognition of REBON's advantages and strengths in innovative RD capability and professional level, and further shows that REBON has become an important innovation force to promote the development of high-tech industries.
